Returns and Adjustments
Unused merchandise in its original packaging, except for personalized products or custom orders, can be returned, postage pre-paid, for a store credit based on original price less 15% re-stocking fee. All shipments are insured so any damage must be reported as follows:
UPS damages. Call your local UPS center. Save all packing materials and damaged items. UPS will report the damage to us, and we will contact you.
U. S. Postal Service. Take all contents and all packing to your local U. S. Post Office to file a claim. The Postal Service will send the claim to us for processing. Do not repack and send merchandise back to us. If you do you will void the U. S. Postal Service Insurance.
Payment
Credit cards are charged as follows:
(1)For most orders when the merchandise is shipped. (2)
Upon receipt of orders containing personalized items. (3)When the order has been packed for delayed shipments.
Orders accompanied by checks are not shipped until the check has cleared.
Shipping
We only ship to addresses in the continental United States. UPS delivers most of our shipments. UPS delivers only to street addresses (not post office boxes).
In stock items usually ship in approximately 5 to 7 business days from the receipt of your order.
Back ordered items, special orders, and personalized products usually ship in 3 to 4 weeks.
We will notify you if there is any expected delay in shipping your order.
All orders over $60.00 going to one destination receive a reduced shipping rate of only $5.00.
Personalized items usually take about 3 weeks, so please take this into consideration when placing your order. If an order is split, the secord shipment will be charged normal shipping costs. Call if you are interested in other shipping options. The U. S. Postal Service will be utilized to deliver orders addressed to a P.O. Box.
